    Cathe One on One sessions under Cathe Live?

    There are so many things that I would like Cathe to do for her One on One sessions but I'm all for another Slow and Heavy routine. I'm also interested in a Power Walking session (i.e. Leslie Sansone) and even some Bodyweight workouts.

    I'm actually hoping there is some impact in this new set because I seem to get better results with higher impact movements, however, it would be nice if there is a modifier on the crew that does lower impact moves throughout the set and that way it is a win win for everyone.
