    I agree with Kathryn. Just, whenever you do a weight exercise for the first time, go lighter than you actually think you can go. You just might find that you were overestimating (in fact, about 50% of the time that's what I find). If it's too easy, go up in weight. It'll take a few workouts...

    Yay! I love Sean, too! I would go with Volume 4. I have 4, 5, 7, and 8 (I haven't even been able to get through Volume 8 all the way through...), but 4 is the easiest and least demanding in the joints. Hope that helps! :)

    I've done Chest and Triceps and Back, Shoulders, and Biceps. The music is good...especially on the former. I love the Chest and Triceps music. :)
