I'm doing the 6-month rotation, so tomorrow is my second week of Meso 1, so I'm doing Disc 1 again, too. You'll be fine and I guarantee you're gonna love it! For whatever reason this series has made me feel ultra-committed to getting and staying in shape! Good Luck!:D

Hey Laughing Water! I did Disc 1 today for the first time, too! I really loved it and the time flew by. I didn't have the time to do all my 1RMs and there were a few exercises that what I "eyed" up wound up being too light. I kept notes all the way through so I know what to do the next...

My DH has been looking at the Bowflex weight and has been hesitant because they are a little costly. Do you find them to be bulky to use? They look huge, and that's my concern since I'll be using them, too!

Is there anyplace where the two rotations are described?
