    Turbo Barre 2 Suggestions

    i would love a Turbo Barre 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6!!! i'd never done barre before TB and since then i've acquired i think all the barre workouts out there, but none compares to TB. Cathe, you're the best and i need barre, so it's incumbent on you to give us more TBs!

    I just want to add that the first time I did TB, I thought it was some kind of cruel joke! I was used to Cathe's weight and cardio workouts but this was another animal..... i stuck with it because i knew this is what this extreme pear-bottomed girl needs, and i'm so glad i did. nothing else...

    Muscle Max 2! That is my favorite whole-body weight workout. The exercises and percentage of exercises devoted to different muscles is perfect for my body and I'm getting great results. Please, Cathe, Muscle Max 2 before i wear out the first one ;=)

    Baked Sweet Potato--Toppings?

    i LUV mustard on mine - i know, i'm weird! my sister also gave me a great easy recipe using a baked potato, tuna canned in water, onions, and plantain chips(!). you just mix them all together and bake them for about 45 minutes - delish!
