Sun - Walk 2.5 miles, stretch
Mon - Walk 1.5 miles, biceps/back pure strength
Tues - no exercise, massage, stretch
Wed - Walk 1.5 miles, gym style legs
Thurs - Walk 1.5 miles, cardio kicks 1/2 hr, Gym style arms...
