    I know it's been asked 500,000,000 times but...

    beans ;) - I"m serious actually DH is a vegetarian and we eat lots of beans, here are some other protiens that are natural and good for you - much better than a processed protein drink IMO - I really think natural makes you body feel MUCH better than consuming any kind of processed food...

    My DH does the Cathe AbHits DVD and loves it, actually I bought it as a gift for him LOL! But that's the only one he uses, it did give him a little more respect for my workouts though!

    It was an ok here, but with DH off I ended up doing more family stuff in lew of working out more. Monday: Pyramid Lower Body 1 hour Tuesday: nada Wednesday: family hike for 1 mile (not bad for a 3 1/2 yr old! - DH actually took him on another hike last week for 1 1/2 miles! )...

    Julie, you are doing so awesome. We're so different exercise-wise. I despise weight work & am a cardio junkie. It seems you're the opposite? I will be doing leg work though as my thighs are a couple inches bigger then they were. I'm sure running & step will shred those inches in no time...
