    Thanks for the suggestion, there are some trails available, but they aren't open yet. The mountain makes snow. Also, since he is so young, a parent/guardian must remain on the mountiain!

    Saw Harry Potter Today

    I took my 7 1/2 year old to see the new Harry Potter movie. It's great but very dark and creepy. We thought it was the best yet. BTW, those kids are really growing up. Even Daniel Radcliffe is getting muscles on his arms! Must be watching Cathe:-) :-)

    2nd day of the dreaded flu, should I workout?

    No! Listen to your body! I worked out through my last bout of bronchitis/phneumonia until I was so short of breath I couldn't walk. If you must workout, do yoga or stretching. Wait until the body aches go away, that is a sign of a very active virus. FEEL BETTER SOON!

    ME Bicep Curls

    I just did ME yesterday, my first weight workoutin 9 days. I have had severe bronchitis or pneumonia. I just know that half way through that set of bicep curls with 20 lbs I was crying HELP ME! I think she must do a trillion because every time I think I can't lift the bar again, she says OK...

    I am not sure if the weird fatigued syndrome I have today is from my cold or that my kids haven't adjusted to the time change. 4:30 this morning was their emergance time. Very painful!

    Calories in your low impact step workout

    I am impressed that you can complete the workout after being a couch potato. It doesn't matter how many calories, just that you are doing the workout in the zone! Keep it up. :-) :)

    10-10-10

    I just did this yesterday, by the end of the hi-low I was sweating profusely and my heart was pumping. Yes, the step is less intense than some of the other routines, but after that hi lo section, I couldn't take more!:-)

    I switched to a great extent from doing the FIRM to doing Cathe's workouts. I really am glad I did. As far as cardio and weights goes, I love the step routine. It's fun and challenging.     you all are amazing!!!

    I started using the FIRM 3 years ago. I added Cathe's workouts in July. I couldn't complete Low Max then either. Now I can! I love all of her step workouts, though some of the high impact blasts are out of my range. Her weight workouts are amazing. I have an awesome set of shoulders now.:-) :D
