Ha! I'm on the 5th CTX today for my hopeful comeback. Yes the are great. Think my fave is 10-10-10, LL, Power Circuit, KB....

Ordered today. Got confirmation that they are on their way and should be in sunny (?) California on Tuesday - before my hubby gets back from India. He doesn't mind, but I just don't want to have to explain... LOL
 
I just did this yesterday, by the end of the hi-low I was sweating profusely and my heart was pumping. Yes, the step is less intense than some of the other routines, but after that hi lo section, I couldn't take more!:)

CTX was my first Cathe collection ever...And I fell in love! Just got Body Blast and Intensity on Monday, and can't wait to start doing rotations!!

*hobbles over, has a seat and glares at everyone in the forum* It's your fault, all y'all (as my friend from Louisiana would say) recommended this series. I got it last night and decided, heck I always work out an hour and it's the day I get to run a bit late if I want... I did 10-10-10 (That was a joy!! I had so much fun with that one) then did Leaner Legs. Is it me, or is Leaner Legs Cathe's LONGEST workout - I swear it's longer than Body Max! I thought for sure, at least ten times, that that was it. Then she grabbed the bloody barbell and starting killing me again! There is no way that that is only 33 minutes. I can tell you that I am THOROUGHLY worked out. So when I can't walk tomorrow (or later today after sitting for the day) it's YOUR fault!!!

Oh, by the way... THANKS!!! I can't wait to do it again! *grins*
 
Leaner Legs isn't called Meaner Legs for nothing! I find it to be my favorite leg workout because after all, it's ONLY 33 minutes, right? To be honest, I've never timed it, but I keep telling myself it's only a half hour so I don't talk myself out of doing it--which I could easily do if it was longer! Do you have Pure Strength Legs and Abs? I heard it's worse. I have it, but have never done it!

I'm doing CTX this week. I just finished a two week rotation of doing nothing but Cathe's Bootcamp, so I decided since I'm pressed for time this week I'd do CTX. All Step was last night, including the shoulder work and abs. I think I'll do 10-10-10 tonight since everyone has been talking about it. I just love this series. I remember getting great results from it.

10 minutes of kickbox, 10 minutes of hi-lo, 10 minutes of step.

You will NOT believe this is only 30 minutes long, though! :)

I liked it so much Wed I did it again today. I actually wish it were a little longer (although my legs were happy it's not!). I really enjoy this one. Just as you're getting tired of one thing, you go to the next.

You can always add on the a section from another video, such as the hi/lo from SJP or SB's Blast Challenge, or the KM Bootcamp Challenge, or another CTX cardio section. I also love 10-10-10 and always feel like it's done just right.

Oh, I plan to do just that! I simply love these workouts because you can mix and match and get as much or as little a workout as you want. Thanks for the ideas though - adding the Hi/Lo from SJP sounds fun!
