yes i use wd 40 on it but its good for a while but then goes back to sqeaking then i have to wd40 it again yes it a pain in the neck:-) :+ you could put your music up to lessen the sound too bad stepper does really help the buns though

when you do go back to working outt listen to your body and keep your back straight shoulders blades squezzed toghter doing your exercises butt sqeezzes are good for your back and buttocks the doctor had my fatherinlaw do but sqeezes for his lower back:-)

i used to run alot felt so good to run latey i have had insomnia nights and too tired to do cardio just been keep strenght workouts so i can keep the muscles strong enough to do cardio but yes i would love to run again its not out of qeustion:-)
dont force yourself to eat things you dont like to eat breakfast does not have to be a heavy hot cereal it can be something light like rye bread toast:-)
