anyone here from philadelphia ? i wouldnt mind having a workout partner not that i wont still workout on my own but it would be nice to have or from south jersey close to me i work in a supermarket pathmark seafood and deli dept south phila we are building a house in south jersey mulica hill elk township so ill be there sometime in the future still going to workout there :+

Also from Philadelphia, NE and just wanted to say hello. Would be fun to some day to plan a trip to Cathe's gym for a workout with her with people from the area. Do you generally do Cathe for most workouts?

i used to run alot felt so good to run latey i have had insomnia nights and too tired to do cardio just been keep strenght workouts so i can keep the muscles strong enough to do cardio but yes i would love to run again its not out of qeustion
