    Good Morning Girls! Today is a Interval Run and finishing decorating outside for the fall/Halloween,probably some floor work for later on my own. I was also thinking about kettlebells,they seem to be more challenging then the dumbell? hmmm not sure,Ill have to maybe add this to my christmas list.
