    Im going to have to disagree about this Ive been doing Jari Love and having great results but then again I do build muscle easy it seems like. I also dont use very light weights I actually go quite heavy,about the same as jari or little bit heavier.

    A girl I know wants to know Is it ok to do weights after doing a Cardio/Weight

    training session? For example if she does a video that combines cardio and weights (The Firm)(which she uses light weights 3 to 5lbs), is it ok to lift weights after the session or the next day? She uses heavier weights doing her weight training sessions.
