    I really like CTX too. Just recently got that one. Works muscle groups more individually on each day. Love step and this one uses the step for many of the routines. I'm glad Fit Split is a similar concept but totally different cardio and weight routines.

    For me, the step warm-up and combos were pretty basic. Especially if you are familiar with Cathe. Loved this one! And my upper body is feeling the push.

    Really liked this one too!!! I agree about combo 3. I think it will grow on me . The legs/glutes portion works the lower body effectively in a short amount of time. Legs were trembling. Surprisingly I enjoyed the disc exercises as well. Nice change!!! Can’t wait to try others in this series...
