Hi Cathe, wanted to ask about a modification for the floor "Squats in a Box"? I'm racking my brain trying to come up with something very
similar, low impact, (this is the one that you jump forward, to the right, back, to the left, and then repeat going left first) I have tried "bunny
hopping forward, side, back, side but that's kinda weird feeling cause I'm not always on the right foot to start again.....maybe I'm not doing
something right , or I have tried, like a right box step which takes 4 counts and then 2 quick squat digs in place which makes up the 8 counts, then doing a left box step, 2 digs, etc. that works ok, do you have any other moves that might work and still kind of still be doing what you all are doing? Thanks.
Thanks Cathe, I will give that a try! Actually I think you do the box jumps to the right, then a couple jacks, then
The box jumps to the left and repeat the jacks, but I will see if it will work.
You can also do my low impact windmills (in place of the puddle jumpers) for the duration of my box jumps and then when I do jacks you can substitute the puddle jumpers there instead. Have fun
