    Nobody does step like Cathe

I knew I finally achieved a fitness milestone when I was finally able to complete the Body Max 2 Scrambled Eggs premix! Then I was sore for 2 days. haha

How much cardio do older women need?

I am a long-time runner who started running into achilles, hip, and plantar fasciitis issues in my mid-40s. (What the heck???) As a result, I started modifying my runs (shorter, slower, less frequent) without pain relief, and began to gain weight and become quite discouraged about the future of...

2 lazy for gym aka Jengolf Best Review ever LOL

Gosh! I had no idea that Jengolf was 2 lazy for the gym! I have followed this blog for some time, and commented on several reviews. I also enjoy her comments on this forum. Although I don't see myself purchasing home workouts from any other fitness instructor (my devotion to Cathe and the crew...

    IMAX 2 & KPC...All Time Best

Well, I never fell in love with IMAX2 like others did, but I do really enjoy Low Impact Circuit (Blame It on the Boogie!) and Party Rockin Steps 1 and 2. And for sure, Rhythmic Step and Step Blast are so fun, and so are the two step routines from 4-day split. Well, maybe I just can't make up my...

    How many times?

What amazes me is that after they finished filming X10, they were coming back to film Rockout Knockout!

    Nobody does step like Cathe

I really agree! Although I enjoy all my Cathe workouts, step remains my favorite, despite the current HIIT trend. Every time I read a negative review f a Cathe step workout that complains of the complex step patterns, I long to be able to walk the reviewer through the workout step by step so...

    Need suggestions

That was supposed to be 'old' instead of 'led'...darn auto correct!

    Need suggestions

I would definitely recommend Flex Train! When I am not doing a Cathe rotation and just doing my own 30-day made up one, that is the only workout I do twice! Drill Max is another possibility for her. What 11-year-led can resist those leaps and bounds?

STS Total Body Workout missing from Workout Manager?

First, thanks so much for responding so quickly! I just love all the help these forums provide, both from the other participants as well as the Cathe staff! Unfortunately, I only see STS Cardio workouts in my drop-down list. (I will try to attach a screenshot here.)

STS Total Body Workout missing from Workout Manager?

I just did the STS Total Body Workout for the first time today, but cannot find it in the DVD list of the Workout Manager. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    RWH Two Month rotation

I find the 30-day RWH rotation hard enough, so hats off to you ladies! But I have a slightly different question: has anyone tried to combine LIS and RWH by alternating the weeks? So not talking about Cathe's LIS/RWH rotation that only used the low impact workouts from RWH, but actually using...

Creating, adding a Rotation to calendar - Workout Manager

I just recently added a rotation I previously created without any problem. What error are you seeing?

    It's official......X10 scares me

Well, you have inspired me! I recently finished the 30-day RWH rotation (after giving up a previous attempt with 9 days to go), and today I finally completed the Scrambled Eggs premix from Body Max 2, which I never completed before! Now I am going to try for a 4-workout mix from X10. (Three is...

My favorite Cathe workout and least favorite

I am a step fan, so pretty much all of the step routines are fun for me. On the non-step side, I love X-Train's All Out Low Impact HIIT and Cardio Leg Blast. To The Max is fantastic. Also, Flex Train is so fun! On the least favorite (not due to Cathe, but only to my own preferences), just...

    ICE CAST - Weight Segment

I like the guys too, but mainly because I have two boys, 14 and 10, and having men in the background encourages them to try the workouts with me. I believe it is great that Cathe goes beyond gender to share the benefits of fitness and strength. (I also notice that Cathe and Al are frequently...

    Step for cardio?

I love all of the routines mentioned so far, but wanted to add Rhythmic Step and Step Blast. The foot patterns are tricky on both, but in the long run, that is actually the aspect that makes them the most fun. Also, even though it is a circuit workout, I love the step in Low Impact Circuit!

    Hardest/toughest/most challenging

Ripped with HIIT is definitely the hardest for me...especially the plyo workouts and the Lower Body Circiut. I agree about X10 also...I have never done more than 3 in a row and can't imagine doing all 5! But the first Cathe DVD that brought me to a new level was To The Max, which is much more...

    Easy or intermediate cardio

My favorites for cardio without impact (if you have the patience to learn a step routine with somewhat tricky footwork) are Party Rockin Step 1, Low Impact Circuit (skip the weight work if you don't want to do it), Step Moves, and Cardio Hits. From the 4-Day Split series, the Lower and Higher...
