    I could be wrong but I have a feeling that once we experience the props we may realize that we can sneak them into other workouts to make moves easier, harder or in some cases safer for us.

    I actually like that Butts & Guts chapter! It’s one of my favorite add ons. I do use the new loops with it these days.
