    Bridget: I find the endurance workouts to be hard even with lighter weights so don't be so hard on yourself. Just keep trying the workout and I bet next time, you will see improvement. Hope you have a good time in Chicago!

    Just finished Pyramid Lower Body - it seemed tougher than usual! But it is done and I do feel much better for getting it done. Jennifer: I think the stability ball work just needs practice. I apparently need more because I find some moves even in PLB hard to balance on the ball.

    Low Max - full workout or premixes?

    Just completed the entire Low Max workout...wow! I was able to do all the step combos along with blasts 1 & 7. For all the other blasts, I had to take a break about halfway through them to catch my breath. I think it is better to do the whole thing unless time is a factor.
