Should be but its not. I had to fuss around with the weight loss ticker for a while before it worked. It's either buggy or non-intuitive and difficult to use or both.

I created a few more workouts and it was calculated the target weight for about 12 exercises I added and then stopped for some reason.
ie) when i tab out of the 1RM or %1RM field it would update the target weight but then stopped doing it.
Something in the javascript maybe?

On the Create function the reps can be from 1-30.
In the Edit function the reps can be from 1-20.
When I went to edit any reps that I had set at 21 were reset to 1.

This is confusing, I am not supposed to take a 1RM for these. But the card is calculating a target weight based on the 1RMs I put in for these.
Even so if I don't take a 1RM I would still like to track the target/planned weight and the weight I actually used. How are we expected to do that...
The Distance Traveled This Year value on the home tab is showing miles when I have selected kilometers for distance on the settings page.
ie) If I had a 5km run it increases the Distance Traveled This Year by 3.

It would be nice if distance for workouts and weight for 1RM were more precise to at least one decimal point.
Example: I am increasing running distance by 10% each week so a 5.0km run increases to 5.5km.

Yes Please, I was very disappointed after taking all the time to do the 1RM that I can't print cards for 4 day split and Gym styles. I have these in a spreadsheet for now.

I just tried again and it is still happening. I had 4 workouts on one day... 2 part of STS rotation and 2 not. If I marked one complete all were marked as complete.
I printed my STS Workout card for Disc 1.
Missing are 1RMs for
Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High End (dumbbell)
Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)
Neither of these are in the list for Disc 1 in the 1RM Calculator (Step 2).
I found Seated Curls in the All Exercises list...
