    Sorry to hear it, Justine. I haven't experienced that in particular but to me it sounds exactly what you said; working out hard taxes the body and it certainly can weaken your immune system. I wonder if extra nutrients and extra sleep when you're working out that hard would help. Good luck!

    Single strength Pkg of Fire Walker loops

    I tried that with firewalker loops but what I noticed is that it was TOO heavy. I was able to get full range of motion with using the heavier band than using the light&med together.
