I know this is off the subject a bit ..... but have you all seen all of those concoctions by Hardee's? I swear they take a huge burger and put a whole meal on top of it and put a bun around it! I think it just looks disgusting. If I want a french dip or a philly cheese steak, I don't need it...

I agree. Give it a try. I love it. It is so relaxing yet a wonderful workout. It is expensive and that is a great price. When I was doing sts, I used hot yoga as my recovery week. It felt wonderful.

Yep I have an "in" with my dentist. :eek: I think it was around 7 a unit. Something like that. That is her first time charge but since I have been her dental patient since she opened she said she would keep me at that price but I don't think her normal cost is that much more.

I got botox about a month ago and I love it. I did not spend anywhere near 500 dollars either. It depends on where you live as to the cost. I had 15 units and paid $84. I tried the bangs but I look better without them so botox it is and really it is just an upkeep like coloring your hair imo.

The walkers are always started behind the runners because they would get trampled if they were started in front of the runners. Most of the races around here give awards to walkers as well as runners.

I have custom inserts for my PF issues. You can get them in either full or partial. My doc said it was just a preference thing. I have the full. I would go to the Doc. At worst, you would just have to lay off for a few weeks and getting rid of the pain will make your w/outs so much better.

My podiatrists also said that Nike is horrible. I gave the cuteness factor as my reason for wearing them also. I never run in them or do cardio. To the poster asking about what styles. I would go to a store and be fitted.

Purses. Love them. And shoes. And clothes. Really I am a slave to fashion.:D
