    I did a CDorner Step & Strength HIIT. I have quite a few Step & Strength's of hers on my playlist and thought it's about time I do one. This wasn't bad, but I didn't realize it was 3 sets repeated 3x. Still a good workout and pretty challenging, but I look forward to doing others.

    Belinda I also just took a 2 mile walk. It's a beautiful day today. 45, calm and sunny. I got very warm on my walk. It felt good. I love that the days are getting longer. Tomorrow its supposed to change to windy and rainy, with downpours. Jeez, we have had weird weather this month.

    Giant Sets, Tri Sets & Super Sets. I am more of a total body girl so these types of workouts are what I enjoy. Plus you don't need a lot of equipment. The premixes look good too. I may regret not getting the mobility one, but I can always buy later.
