Annette Bethel I usually workout 2x a day. Weights first and then cardio. Sometimes it is 2 parts, ie lower and upper. Or a total body and then cardio. It just depends on my mood :-)

Annette Bethel I like Jari's videos and very compatiable with all the others I have including Cathe. I did her original Ripped yesterday. That is a tough workout. Her appearance doesn't bother me at all. I am waiting to get either at Ross or Firm Yaya's. It is on Christmas wish list!!!
