    What are your favorite live workputs

    Garance, Metabolic 300 is one of my favorite LIVE workouts too. I plan on doing the same with the new Live Burn Sets. I really enjoyed the Burn Sets Biceps and Triceps, and did the Express Leg one this morning. One of the best lower body workouts, and I like that you get a lot in a short time.
