Loving the Burn Sets!!!

Hey Cathe!
I cannot thank you enough for the Burn Sets workouts! They are exactly what my 51-year-old body was looking for and I am already seeing great results using the heavier weights!
Hoping you can answer a few questions for me...
1. How would you incorporate these into a weekly routine?
2. Is it ok to do a cardio workout on the same day as doing BS?
3. How many days a week would you add in a core workout?

Thanks so much! I've been working out with you since 1995 and just keeping coming back for more!

I was wondering the same thing. I usually try to do 3 weight workouts, and 3 cardio. I wanted to incorporate these 3 into a weekly routine. I decided to try this:

Day 1 Metabolic 300. Love this workout! ( I figured this could count as a weight workout ( so each body part gets worked twice a week) as well as a cardio workout. She does do 300 cardio reps at the end! :D
Day 2 Cardio of choice
Day 3: Live Burn Sets Chest, Shoulders, Back
Day 4 Cardio
Day 5 Burn sets Lower Body
Day 6 Burn Sets Biceps & Triceps

My upper body really responds to heavy weights and I'm already seeing a difference!
I have sciatica trouble going into my left leg occasionally and it always makes me hesitant to do lower body. The combination of exercises is fantastic and I haven't felt it once doing the burn sets. I'm so happy! I've really been able to up my weight without any issue!

I am not a good person to ask about core work! I really need to do it more, but find if it is not part of an existing workout, I skip...:oops:..I know, not good.

As for the exercise, continue as before. I do the same and the results are visible relatively quickly. for sciatica you may use acuraflex cream when it hurts.
