I hear a lot of forum members mention P90X. I understand that it is another type of weight training program. For those who have it, could you tell me how you like it? What exactly it is? How is it compared to STS?

Don't care about having a modifier. But, something to keep in mind - Cathe typically uses mulitple cameras and mulitple camera viewpoints. Therefore, there likely wouldn't be a constant camera on someone doing a modified move. Not that it really matters. Just bringing up a point...
I'm with you, Lori. I don't share my STS excitement with anyone either, except DH. I feel they'd think I was a bit odd.
DH just smiles and shakes his head. I told him about the new workouts coming out and he asked me if I really needed more. I explained that it is no different than paying...
In the calendar, when you click "Add Workout," it would be helpful if you could add mulitple workouts on that day. Now, it is set up to send you back to the calendar after each workout added.

I did Disk 14 (legs) yesterday. Every part of my lower body (Calves to Behind) are very sore. Walking is a challenge. I was never this sore in Meso 1.
That being said, I really liked the workout... and while actually doing the workout - did not realize that it was going to cause this much...
I couldn't agree with you more. I was having similar thoughts in the beginning of the workout and then came Cathe's warning. I listened and was grateful that I did. I did this workout on Monday and I am STILL VERY sore today - very effective. I wasn't sure that I would enjoy the hypertrophy...
When I go to schedule a DVD workout in the calendar, the pull down menu for the DVD selection is not wide enough to read the entire DVD title. The 4 Day Split Titles are rather long and you can't tell them apart.
that's great! The other day I was doing the pilates abs while my almost 2 year was using me as a jungle gym. it added unanticipated extra burn. Cathe's voice was ringing in my ears - "If you want an extra challenge to this exercise add weight - i mean a 24 lb child - while you do the exercise."

I was just curious how everyone else is doing with the Push Ups? I can not do push ups with a straight leg, especially with doing as many as these dvd's are requiring. I'm amazed at Cathe's ability to do them and continue to actually talk through the movement!
