    OMG!!!! Cathe...

    I just did this workout this morning and I love it. PLB Up only (no floor work) 10-10-10 cardio only and no step. Cardio only Bootcamp PLB floor work and stretch It works out to be a little over an hour. It is a great workout but you need a lot of energy that day.
