    Yay Friday:D This morning, started with 15 minutes w/u on treadie and d-11 back & triceps. I can tell I'm getting stronger using heavier db like..... db overhead, I used a 20 :rolleyes: back is getting stronger. See ya tomorrow. Company going out for Xmas lunch today, promise I'll be good...
