    This sounds interesting, but funny enough, most of the leg moves in Horizontal Conditioning is done standing. Doesn't make sense, does it? This new set sounds pretty good, my only question is the Intermediate level, I've been doing her Advanced workouts forever. Thanks for the response.

    Hi, All of her workouts include Leg and/or Glute conditioning. She incorporates the lower body moves to give the core and upper body time to rest. For instance she will work the core and arms for 3-4 minutes and then the legs for a similar time. It works.
