    Today was pull-ups push-ups and dips, with cable press downs and cable curls. Not long, not killer, but it worked. Today is loaded, so that’s all the time allowed. Make it great!

    I have a couple of Anni’s workouts. Will definitely pull them out. I’ve been eyeing Kari Anderson lately. When I lived in Seattle, I was a member of one of her fitness studios. She was a beautiful dancer. Another one to re-visit. Now that I think about it, I have quite a few to re-visit.

    Today was my own made up workout. Three ten minute AMRAP. Upper body, lower body and core. Five exercises per AMRAP. Total body, thirty minutes. My kind of workout again. Great yarn delivered yesterday. Christmas project ready. So I guess I better get busy.

    Looking for some help and suggestions

    Throw some cardio into the mix on Tuesday and Thursday. I personally like hiit, and tabata. A little low impact, steady state cardio, go for a walk. Mix it up, and have fun with it! You could also take one of those days as a long stretch day. Many options.

    Back in the early 90’s I ordered a “Firm” tape. With the tape came a little “flyer” introducing Cathe. I ordered one of her very first step workouts, and the rest is history.
