    Poohpeggy, I can totally relate to what happened to you with other workouts. I have never had an exercise related injury with Cathe but I did one from another trainer and hurt my upper back. For me, Cathe is the best trainer. :-)

    I agree with everyone here! There are lots of Beginner videos out there - I prefer any Cathe's Advanced DVD. Besides Cathe is an advanced fitness professional anyway. I personally would not buy a beginner video from Cathe. She's the best!!

    I think that metabolic workouts would include the whole body - at least that's what I've seen with Cathe's DVDs that are identified as metabolic. But that DVD, Leaner Legs from CTX, I have that one, it sure does get your heart rate up!! Thanks.
