    Given that this is a full 8-Disc series, I pretty much read "Late Summer" as "Late Fall" to "Winter" when I pre-ordered. Which is fine by me. It'll make for a nice Christmas present and a workout routine that will be easier to stick to around the busy holidays.

    I am totally going to be using this with STS 1. I hope Cathe suggests an STS 1 rotation using the new workouts in the User Guide, but if not, I'm going to just take cues from the STS 2 rotation.

    2 Balance discs?

    I found sets of two discs on Amazon for a very decent price. If two are really required, I wish Cathe.com would offer a set of two at a bulk price. I would much prefer to sling my money to Cathe than Bezos. But I also can't justify spending almost double to get a set of two.

    Please add to the rotation wishlist the OG STS! More and more articles I read today tell me to rest and recover more. So it seems that a modern approach to original STS would be similar to STS 2 - less cardio and more recovery.

    Very curious about this series and what approach will be used. I've been working out with Cathe from the beginning (starting with Pure Strength and Maximum Intensity Strength) and it has been wonderful to see how her workouts have evolved over time.
