Mel, My only suggestion would be to eat more. DH and I are on our second round of STS 3.5 month. We, like you, did the first rotation in the winter. We then did a month of a Cathe Monthly Rotation, and then we started this latest 3.5 rotation on June 15th. We will start Meso 3 next week...

Chris you should be proud TOO! I have to say, Chris. Cathe repeated several times how wonderful you are! You should be proud of yourself too, it was very apparent that Cathe was! :) Thanks for everything you do for us! :)

I have to say that I am so proud of her. I am still BEAMING! It is nice to see that I am not the only one excited to see her on a non-fitness program. I also think it is nice to see someone who works so hard get the credit she deserves. :) I also wanted to mention that Chris should be proud...

Well Cathy, WE MADE IT! Meso 2 is history! WOW this one hit us harder than the first time we did it. :) We have nothing special planned this rest week. I intend to play it by ear every day and do fun stuff. :) Have a great week and make sure you rest up for Meso 3 next week! WHOOOHOOO! :)

Kristin, it is funny that you should write this...as of late, my right knee has been giving me trouble. I have been stepping with Cathe since the beginning and Reebok, Gin Miller, before that. I don't think my knee issues are serious at this point but I have been icing it and taking ibuprofen...
