Well Cathy, WE MADE IT! Meso 2 is history! WOW this one hit us harder than the first time we did it. :)

We have nothing special planned this rest week. I intend to play it by ear every day and do fun stuff. :)

Have a great week and make sure you rest up for Meso 3 next week! WHOOOHOOO! :)
 
quik check-in. company all weekend, exhausted! will take the whole week to recover from company. hope i am not as tired next week as i am today.

hey melissa, sorry to be awol. i have been so busy and then today my computer has been a real pain. i am really tired!!! i hope i can get rested to start meso 3 on monday. i have done no workouts this week, i haven't reallly even had time and if i did, i haven't had the energy. what are ya'll doing for your rest week?

Hey Chickie! Well it is Thursday and I skipped a few days of working out. I did one this week and I am planning to do another tonight. DH and I have been tired too. You are definitely not alone on that one. :)

wow, what a day! have run, run, run all day. glad i am off this week. i have not had time to workout all week. very strange! but, hope i am ready for m3. so, how do ya'll figure out the weights when you are aonly supposd tob e able to lift it 9 times. did you see that week of cathetv? she says use a weight you can only lift 9 times. i thought when you did your 1rm, it figured it all out. have ya'll edited your 1rms as you did the other mesocycles? i have for most of them, so i kinda hope that it is correct for m3. well, grandkids here tomorrow, then wedding tomorrow evening, then possilbly grandkids may spend the nite, so that would be a busy saturday too. so, hope to rest on sunday to start m3.
so, may not be bac til sunday evening. so, rest up for next week!!!!

Hey hey HEY! It is FRIDAY! Wow this week has zoomed by! We adjusted our 1RMs after we finished the first 3.5 rotation, so our numbers are pretty close. I don't bother adjusting them when we are in a rotation.
Well, today, I am not working out either. I have decided to take a REAL rest week and I will not do anything again until next week. :) Work has been a pain in the butt this week anyway, so I have been exhausted every day. (good excuse,eh?!)
I am thinking very hard about ordering the Insanity series today. I think the STS shock will not be ready for awhile and we need some new cardio.

:) i think there is probably a good reason it is called "insanity". ya think?????? no thanks, i think it would kill me. i'm having 2nd thoughts about sts cardio. i don't know if i'm gonna be able to do it.
well, finally i have some down time this afternoon for about 2 hrs. i'm am soooooo tired. and, i am probably gonna have to start m3 tomorrow. will not have time to do anything on fri.& sat. this coming week. so, i think i need to do sun,tues,thurs.
will start a new thread tomorrow evening.
