    Hi Everyone I'm planning on a Body Beast rotation but to avoid bulking (had a bit of that doing the straight BB rotation), I thought I'd follow his rotation for lean but space the workouts so it would be a BB/Ruthless or Piyo day, then a cardio day or low intensity day (just need my Cathe fix)...
