    Calories per day poll

    I'm 31, 5'3, 115lbs and eat anywhere from 1500-2000 cals per day. I workout 6 days per week. 3 days I do cardio, 2 days I do Horizontal conditioning or total body weight training, and I do one day dedicated to a leg workout. I eat a higher protein/fat diet but I do eat carbs.
