    Disc jacks

Does anyone find the disc jacks kind of hard or awkward? I'm not sure if I'm doing them wrong or maybe they are just working a week spot (ie inner thighs)?

    No-no... Does it work

I have a Braun epilator that's cordless and has a little light which is great to help see the hairs. Been using for 2 years and like much better than shaving. It doesn't grow back so fast or make you all stubbly like a razor. Saves money too. Razors are sooo expensive!

Request to help with back exercises

Hi While lve done them for years, I don't feel like I'm doing my back exercises correctly. Could you please do an illustration for the newsletter or a quick Cathe TV clip to highlight on the body which back muscles are in use during a one arm row, barbell row, deadlifts, etc? I think most of...

    Rememering my first Cathe workout

I'm doing a week of Cross Train Express to get back into the swing of things post holiday and just did Step and Intervals. That was the first Cathe workout I did back in 2005 and I will never forget it. I did the warmup then into the step workout. Then she did a break and said now we will do...

    Horizontal Conditioning?

Same here. I did them twice a week, doing cathe cardio and one total body cathe workout the other days of the week. It's given a very nice shape to my core and arms, which I like because my arms bulk easily from other weight work Ready to hit them again in the new year. :-)

Moving to MN--need a new car

Great thanks!! Don't want to spend more for a 4x4 if an FWD car can suffice. I'm coming from DC where they overreact on snowfall and aren't as prepared to clear the roads. ;-). I'm sure MN has it down to a science

Moving to MN--need a new car

Hi all I'm transferring to Minnesota in a couple of months (Bloomington area). I currently have a real wheel drive car and will definitely need something more snow friendly. Those of you from the upper Midwest--do I need 4 wheel drive or will just front wheel drive car suffice? Thanks in...

I LOVE the Flo Rida remix on this!!! I picked this workout tonight just so I could hear it and "dance" (ie punch and kick)! :-)

    I fell during CrossFire today!

Those moves are hard for me too especially when I don't have a lot of energy to keep my feet up high. Sometimes I sub something else to keep my heart rate up just to be safe and not trip. And it's happened to me too!

    Jeans...

I have a full round bubble butt and large muscular thighs and I hate the tight feeling around my legs from stiff jeans. I just bought some Eddie Bauer boyfriend style jeans. the cut is perfect for me. Relaxed but not baggy and the denim is super soft. Love them!!

    Balance DVD for seniors

My mom is in her mid 70s and wants to work on her balance to avoid falls. Her doctor told her to take a class but its hard for her to get to one on a regular basis. Does anyone know of a good DVD workout targeted towards improving balance but not too strenuous. Thanks!

Horizontal conditoning-do i need the "getting" series

Thanks for the input everyone! I ordered one of the package deals with volumes 1-4 and bootcamp and will plan to modify until I get stronger. I'm one of those who bulk easily in the arms so I'm excited to see what these do to lean out my upper body. :-)

Horizontal conditoning-do i need the "getting" series

I'm perusing the horizontal conditioning website and products As a regular Cathe workout user, do I need to get the 3 initial workouts (getting stronger, getting started, get rolling) or should I just go right to volumes 1-4? I'm excited to start these!

    Barbell Suggestions?

I have a CAP 15lb bar with clips. I love it. I don't think I'd like a lighter bar. I never use a barbell total weight less than 20lbs total so having a higher weight bar means I can put on fewer and lighter plates. I had the same set before with thread/screw ends but I like the clip best since...

I'd love to have a pair of these There are certain moves I just skip because they hurt my wrist. Are they only available through the dealer's website, or are they in stores or elsewhere online? Thanks!

    Help with sports bras

On a slightly related note, I'm glad to hear others have trouble getting them off. I've always just assumed I had a big humped back and that's why it was such a struggle! Lol!
