Blocking my windpipe?

Hi all

When I do an exercise like laying on my tummy across the ball, laying tummy down on the step doing lower back lifts, or doing side to side oblique twists I feel like it's hard to breathe --not from exertion but because I feel like it cuts of my windpipe or something. I try to keep my neck aligned to form a "straight line" but it still feels weird. Not a major problem -just wonder if anyone else experiences this Thanks :)

Its not your windpipe its your diaphragm. Most people aren't very strong there and trying to breathe is hard when something is pressing on your diaphragm.

I had the same problem and kept doing it any way. I don't feel that any longer.
Just keep doing it, it gets easier. The exercise must make the diaphragm stronger.
