    Burn and Build kettlebell question

    This is the one workout where I get use out of my 10 lb kettlebell! :eek: There is one section where he does a basic swing and I'll often grab my 25 lb bell just for that one part. Otherwise, 10 lbs is just right for me with this one since it's so cardio and high rep focused. :)
