    Lib, I used frisbees for a while- they're fine, but a bit big (for a clutch like me). Roz is right, furniture sliders work a treat. For me it's the plank push ups which undo me. Oh, and the mountain climbers- much harder on sliders than 'normal' ones. MMA boxing today. Needed a break!

    Tom, if those shoulder presses won't go up, they just won't, right? You can't grind em out like deadlifts (at least how I do deadlifts....)
