    Good work, Tom. Today I tried to improve my deadlift technique (get rid of my anterior pelvic tilt!), use my legs and glutes more, and less back. I dropped back to 102kg, but, ow, it hurt my bum! Other than that, nothing else of note. Final week of month 5 of HTS!
