    I'd say XTrain is a little easier from the cardio perspective. It's probably my favourite series. X10 is a great idea, to tag short cardio sessions on to lifting. I don't pull it out as often as I should.....

    I tend to eat skyr rather than Greek yogurt- it's an Icelandic yogurty/ fromage blanc type product. Yummy and not quite as sour as yogurt.

    RP has changed how I eat quite a bit. I now eat a heck of a lot of carbs on 'moderate' workouts days. Moderate in RP terms means 90 minutes of heavy weights.
