    Best moves for your waist/obliques from core max

    Just because I am anxiously awaiting core max I was just wondering which moves are the best for your waist/obliques. This is one of my worst areas right now. I never will get a gut but those luv handles do creep up on me. Thanks ladies!!

    For those of you that do the workouts without the weights, a ?

    Actually I don't use any weights at all especially for the lower body. I might try light weights for my arms but I am not really looking for any definition, I just want them to be firm. If I use weight for the lower body my thighs get bulky and I just want long lean firm legs. Thanks!!
