    work out while sick?

    I would say depends on your symptoms and how you feel while working out. When I get stuffy or nose and sinus pressure, I've found that cardio has helped to clear it up during and for a short period of time afterwards. But be sure to drink lots of water (flush your system) and listen to your body.

    Oatmeal

    I add a packet of splenda and vanilla extract....or sugar free chocolate syurp, or maple syrup to my oatmeal.......makes it much more YUMMY!

    l/f cottage cheese with sweetener and vanilla extract or with sugar free syrup......pretty good if you have a sweet tooth.

    Help!!!..

    hey thanks, your right. I found an old journal I started but never kept up with last year. I weighted the same but looks like I've lost an inch off each thigh and an inch on my waist! I'm so lazy when it come to taking measurements, keeping up with food/work-out journal..etc...

    Question...I've recently picked up my cardio intensity, thus started using Cathe videos, specifically,Imax 3, Muscle Max, and Slow & Heavy. I love them all!!!..my problem is...my appetite has increased tremendously since and therefore I am not losing any weight. I only want to lose 5-10...

    Low Max question

    Cathe, Do you think it is okay/safe to use ankle weights when working out to Low Max?....I like to add resistance for my legs on my cardio only days. Thanks luv_2_B_fit
