    Which series?

    I am looking to increase lean muscle mass, increase strength and LOOK BETTER? Should I get Pure Strength or Gym Style series. I have MM, muscle endurance,push and pull and MIC. I am doing 3-4 days of cardio as well Any suggestions would be appreciated ellie:)

    Question about the original IMAX vs IMAX2 and 3

    LauraMax, I'm with you. I hate IMAX 1. It's way too exhausting for me and I end up not getting a great workout because I have to stop so often. IMAX2 and 3 are great though ellie:)

    RE: What is Your Opinion of OMG!!! I just did it in it's entirety and am ready to drop. I found it VERY challenging and quite different from other videos. I love the athletic moves (esp the football runs). I am going to be very sore tomorrow. ellie:-) :-)

    low impact circuit

    OUCH I just did LIC this am and found it to be harder than I expected!!! I was thinking low impact=low intensity. WRONG. It was a great workout and I had trouble finishing. But I am trying the shock your body rotation so I didn't really have a choice. Trust me, I was SHOCKED!!!! ellie:)

    IMAX 2

    I actually did IMAX2. A few modifications here and there, but I DID IT! This was my Feb. goal. From what I've read on here it's the easiest of all the IMAX but it was killer to me!!! Which hould I attempt next? ellie:D :D :D

    It must be scrunching. It felt hard to keep my shoulders relaxed because the ball felt too heavy. Maybe I really need to practice this move. Thanks:-)
