    12/4 daily challenge - no junk food

    I'm in. This will be work while at work - but I will do it! Yesterday I did the fitness challenge and did Cathe tri's and bi's and a treadmill 5K. All good news. Thanks for the place to come for incentive!

    I'm in! I'm new but I keep checking this...very motivational....I hope I don't regret posting my splurges --- but you listed candy! Today: Bfast - Fiber One Bar, Snack - Coffee & WATER!, Lunch - 3 ozs leftover smoked turkey (white meat only, no skin) and a minute brown rice......20 more ozs...

    I just checked the handy little UPS Quantum thing...& it says DELIVERED! I am so happy. Can't wait to leave work and START...previewing...stepping....training! THANKS CATHE.:-)
