11/30 Daily challenge - Water + Log

The challenge for 11/30 is to drink your water requirements for the day, and to log every morsel of food that goes into your mouth. Can't wait to hear what everyone has to eat !! ;-)
 
Yikes! I am going our to dinner tomorrow night . It should be interesting.

ummmm.....I have not heard from ANYONE today. No one is joining this challenge ?????


Well, it is 11:40 and so far I have had:

-my morning oatmeal/eggwhite/soymilk pancake
-1 cup yogurt with some blueberry jelly and splenda
-a butterscotch hard candy


I have only had about 16oz of water so I need to get drinking !!!!!

I'm in!

So far today I've had:
-kashi go lean cereal (with some strawberry yogurt cheerios mixed in- I can't each just one type of cereal!) and skim milk
-1 cup of green grapes
-Two cups of coffee with cream and splenda
--almost 40 oz of water

We're having a "pizza party" at work today for a guy that's leaving and I intend on having a slice (or two ;))!!!

ok, 32oz down, 32oz to go

for lunch I had a mix of brown rice, lean turkey sausage, green beans, and teryaki sauce (YUMM !!!!). I also had a bag of pretzels (160 calories)

I also had 4 more butterscotch hard candies...gotta watch it on those candies !
 
I'm in! I'm new but I keep checking this...very motivational....I hope I don't regret posting my splurges --- but you listed candy!
Today: Bfast - Fiber One Bar, Snack - Coffee & WATER!, Lunch - 3 ozs leftover smoked turkey (white meat only, no skin) and a minute brown rice......20 more ozs of water before bed time!!
