12/5 daily challenge - STRETCH

The challenge for 12/4 is to incorporate stretching or even do some extra. I think I will do Cathe's stretch max. I do like that DVD !!

I am planning to do cardio only tomorrow, and I will add an extra long stretch after!
 
I will do both cool down and stretch after workout tonight. I tend to skip one or the other (or both?) on busy days!

I'm in. I'm not sure if I'll do a workout or what it will be, but I'll stretch no matter what. I've got a 30-minute routine that really gets the kinks out.
