    Does anyone use a heart rate monitor?

    I recently bought a heart monitor with the hopes of staying in the fat burning zone. After calculating, my target heart rate should be 114-131 which seems so low to me. I'm usually in the upper 130's- 140's through my workouts. To stay in the 114-131 range is hard for me because it's too easy...
