    Yes, squats (dumbbell) - disk 3 should have been on my list also. I did not review past disc 4 so I assume the one on disc 6 is a valid issue also. I am not sure if SNM is understanding where we are coming from as it is very difficult to describe in writing.

When you want to update the red when you are entering alot of 1rms then go up and select the category "All Exercises", then reselect "STS" only and it will refressh the drop down box and everything a 1rm was selected on will be red.     I means you do a full rep then a half rep which then equals one rep. So for 1.5 concentration curls you go all the way up then half way up and that is one rep.

    Row Difference I have the same question. Not sure if this is it but in looking at the photos the horizontal row keeps the weight perpendicular to the body and whereas the one arm row keeps it parallel to the body with the elbow tucked in more.
