    PowerHour - OMG!!!

Firmbogie, I love PH! Although it is tough, it feels like it goes by so much faster than MIS. I am wondering if you see better results with Slow and Heavy. I can not decide if I need it. Kathy

    Weightgain! after breastfeeding stops

Thanks Cathe and Erin, I'll let everyone know how it goes once I do quit, or he actually quits, which looks like the case. I am still hanging in there. Who knows, maybe I'll loose more weight after I stop. Anyway, for now baby and I are fortunate to have the benefits of nursing. Thanks...

    Weightgain! after breastfeeding stops

Shelia or anyone, I have seen many posts on this subject, but I still have questions. I lost all my pregnancy weight by 4 months, most of which came off after 3 weeks. I really think it was a combination of breastfeeding and staying very fit before and during my pregnancy. I actually was...

    Slow and Heavy Series

Thanks for the clarification. I am very muscular already. I wasn't sure if I should add the slow and heavy series. It seems to be very time consuming if you add in the cardio needed for a well rounded workout.

Hi Kellie, Nice to hear from you, another mom with a baby close in age to mine. Do you have a boy or girl? Are you breastfeeding? I have wondered about both the Crosstrainer series and the slow and heavy. I steared away from both of them for a few reasons. 1st they are expensive if you...

new mom wanting to kick up the progress

Cathe, First let me say thank you sincerely for offering the very best motivating and challenging workouts. I had gotten to the point with other videos where I needed more of a challenge. I also had to do something besides running after pounding my knees for 15 years. I started with your...

    STRANGE WEIGHT TRAINING ADVICE

RE: Hi DEEDEE Atgood and all, I am anxious for Cathe to weigh in on this. I think the diet is expensive, tedious, and possibly unhealthy. They are both taking calcium supplements and eating calcium enriched foods. They eat an abundance and variety of vegetables. I am not convinced there is...

    STRANGE WEIGHT TRAINING ADVICE

They are squeezing the workouts in right now, but note they only work this intensely 4 days/week. The trainer will help them to complete their workouts in less time. Currently they are working together, which takes more time. She is a highschool teacher off for the summer, but working on her...

    STRANGE WEIGHT TRAINING ADVICE

Hi Alli, Not sure exactly why. I should have said lean red meat. I know that the trainer has said that Salmon is a fatty fish. He does encourage them to eat lots of Tuna and Cod. I think the emphasis on red meat and eggs is because of the high protein. They are also encouraged to use olive...

    STRANGE WEIGHT TRAINING ADVICE

Dear Cathy: I recently visited my brother in law and sister in law. Only six weeks ago they began an intensive weight training program with a personal trainer, one with a very ripped physique. He trains many professional athletes. I was amazed at the dramatic results they have received. Prior...
